Vastu for North-East Facing House

The north-east (Ishanya) is the most sacred direction in Vastu, governed by Ishwara, and a home oriented towards it is considered highly auspicious. The north-east combines the wealth energy of the north with the vitality of the east, making a north-east facing especially favourable for health, clarity, prosperity and spiritual wellbeing. Homes with a genuine north-east orientation are prized.

Because the north-east is so sensitive, the way this corner is treated matters enormously. It must be kept open, clean, light and free of heavy structures, toilets or clutter. A well-maintained north-east is one of the strongest positive factors any home can have.
